Dr. Tarun Nanda

Dr. Tarun Nanda brings more than a decade of international clinical and academic experience to every patient he sees. His journey in dentistry began with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery followed by a Master's in Periodontology and Oral Implantology from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in Punjab, India. Over the next twelve years, he built a thriving private practice in India while also serving as faculty at a dental school, where he taught periodontology to undergraduate and dental hygiene students and mentored postgraduate researchers.

Dr. Nanda's clinical expertise spans the full range of general and specialist dentistry — from restorative and aesthetic fillings,  routine and surgical extractions, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, and dentures, to advanced periodontal procedures including flap surgery, bone grafting, recession coverage, and crown lengthening. He has extensive experience placing dental implants across multiple systems, including Nobel Biocare.

Seeking to bring his skills to a new community, Dr. Nanda earned his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, USA under the Advanced standing program for the International Dentists and completed all the mandatory requirements to be licensed in this part of North America. Patients know him for his warmth, clear communication, and genuine commitment to building lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Nanda cherishes time with his family — his wife, also a dentist, and their two young boys — exploring the natural beauty British Columbia has to offer.
